Is it really too much to ask for just a little common sense in a Bollywood film? An emotional film from the talented and sensitive couple. Directed by Ajay Devgn. 9/10. But despite a promising combination of romance and drama, beautiful locations and two great actors who are perfect for their respective parts, it loses itself. I just can believe it, the movie is superb. After watching it's trailer everyday, my wife concluded that this movie is a MUST WATCH thing, but after the movie my wife (first time in her life) admitted that it was a mistake to come to this one. U me aur hum is a classic in my eyes. In the first half it heavily relies on comedy that does not really bring out great laughs. He feels sad that we have to get separated for reasons and hurdles that will come in the future, beacuse we do not know whats going to happen later. Item numbers by Hrithik, SRK and also the fact that audiences usually prefer comedies these days could go against U Me Aur Hum. And now i wanna see the movie again and again. The mind is capable of processing a billion thoughts a minute or none at all. Ajay is telling a story, and from the way the story is visualized, you have a lot of reason to assume he is telling his own story, even though he doesn't present it that way. It is a very exciting film, and I could grow into Ajays feelings, because in my family there are also persons concerned with the disease (naturally not at Piyas age, but a lot older). And if all that's not bad enough, they throw in a fat kid who turns up every now and then to give killer looks. and promises should be kept at any cost.watch it for gentle feeling of romance. ! There's a problem loading this menu at the moment. U me aur hum rocks and just leave you speechless. But trust me, it is only after watching U Me Aur Hum will you understand that these two movies are way too different. But love brings them together again and despite the failing relationships of their friends, the two tie the nuptial knot. All pretty basic scenes on paper, they stand out because they've been directed so instinctively by Devgan. The music by Vishal Bharadwaj is very good. I have to say I truly applaud Ajay Devgan's directorial debut. The first wish is to go on a cruise on their 25th anniversary. If u sum all these what will u get?..U, ME aur HUM. Now Ajay is head over heels in love with Piya, but she won't accept him. Even the popular 'Om Shanti Om' parodies this. After 'Black', 'Maine Gandhi Ko Nahi Maara', 'Fanaa', 'Taare Zameen Par', 'Naina' etc, we have 'U, Me Aur Hum' and the only film that stands out is 'Maine Gandhi Ko Nahi Maara' followed by 'Taare Zameen Par' to an extent. This movie really present some beautiful script which is inspired from some movies from hollywood but the emotions that are reflected in this movie really make you feel to be fall in true love and bring smile on your your someone special , whatever may be the cost. The story becomes slow at post interval but it picks up later, i beleive Devgans have made a good package…. He’s a very good actor, I wish him all the best and to direct in future a better movie. Some might say that the movie is on similar lines as the hollywood flick THE NOTEBOOK, and that if you have seen THE NOTEBOOK, U Me Aur Hum might not be that great.
